  • What payment methods do you accept?
    Allure Excursions Group accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and PayPal.
  • Do you offer payment plans or financing?
    Yes! Payment plans and financing is available for most of our trips! Please inquire for more info!
  • Is travel insurance required?
    Although travel insurance is not mandatory, it comes highly recommended! It offers protection against unforeseen circumstances like trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost baggage, and other unexpected events. We offer various travel insurance options through dedicated providers.
  • Why did the price of the package change?
    Pricing and availability is subject to change at any time, up to the point when the deposit is made. Submitting a deposit will lock in the package price.
  • What is the cancellation and change policy?
    The policies governing changes and/or cancellations differ based on whether your package includes travel insurance and the nature of the change (e.g., date, hotel, or flight). Change and cancellation fees commence at $50 per person. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all payments submitted to Allure Excursions Group are nonrefundable and non-transferable. By reserving a booking, you confirm that you agree to our Terms and Conditions. We highly recommend all our clients to protect their investment by acquiring travel insurance.
